Delivery

iorgoni.com offers FREE DELIVERY for all orders placed within Romania. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the package.

The delivery time for all items available on iorgoni.com is 2–3 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery duration may vary depending on the time the order was placed and the delivery location.

For items in the Pre-order and Bespoke sections, the delivery time is 14–21 days. The handcrafted production process is highly specialized, and we pay close attention to each product from the first stage to the last. The craftsmanship by Iorgoni is based on detailed customization of the client's preferences regarding the hat's shape and accessories, as well as the quality of the materials used.

Returns

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs other than shipping. Bespoke products are non-returnable.

According to Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, the return period expires 14 days from the day the customer takes physical possession of the product. To initiate a return, simply call the phone number listed in the Contact section and notify us.

The returned product must be in the same condition as delivered — unworn, without stains or damage — and accompanied by the original invoice. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days. If the product was purchased using a voucher, the voucher may be reused for a future order, provided it is still valid.
