Delivery
iorgoni.com provides its customers with FREE DELIVERY for all orders placed throughout Romania. For orders placed with international delivery, the fees will be calculated depending on the location where the delivery will be made and the weight of the package.
The delivery time for all items available on iorgoni.com is 2-3 working days. Exceptionally, the delivery time may undergo some changes depending on the time interval at which the order was placed and the delivery location.
The delivery time for all items in the Pre-order and Bespoke sections is 14-21 days. The manual production process is a very special one, and we pay great attention to each product, from the first stage to the last. The workmanship performed by Iorgoni is based on the most detailed customization of the customer's requirements regarding the shape of the hat and its accessorizing, as well as the quality of the materials we use.
Return
The customer has the right to return a good, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than those of delivery. Bespoke products are not returnable.
Thus, according to OUG no. 34/2014, the return period for a good expires within 14 days from the day the customer takes physical possession of the good. For this, all that will have to be done is to call the phone number in the Contact section and let us know.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unworn, without stains or tears, accompanied by the original invoice. After approval of the returned product, its value will be made within 30 days. If the product was purchased through a voucher, it can be reused in a future order if the validity period has not expired.
