Iorgoni.com provides its customers FREE SHIPPING for all placed orders in Romania. The fees for orders with international shipping will be calculated depending on the delivery location and the weight of the package.

The delivery time for all available items on iorgoni.com is 2-3 working days. Please note that in certain circumstances the delivery time may change depending on the time the order has been placed and the delivery location.

The delivery time for all pre-ordered and bespoke (personalized) items is 14-21 days. The manual production process is a really special one, and we pay high attention to each product, from the first phase until the last one. The craftmanship performed by Iorgoni is based on the most detailed personalization of client’s requirements regarding the shape and the accessorizing, as well as the quality of the materials we use.

Return

The client has the right to return a good, within 14 calendar days without invoking any reason and without additional costs, other than the delivery costs. Bespoke goods are not returnable.

Thus, according to OUG no. 34/2014, the return period of a good ends in 14 days after the date the client received the good. In order to do this, you only need to call the phone number from the Contact section and let us know.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, unused, without stains or tears, and with the original receipt included. After the approval of the returned product, the refund will be made within 30 days. If a product was purchased with a voucher, it can be reused for a future order as long as the validity has not expired.

Each item comes with a 12-month warranty.
